LEA Releases Atlantic SMART CAM Technical Requirements

Portugal’s Listening to the Earth under the Atlantic (LEA) team, which includes the Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT), Instituto Dom Luiz (IDL), and Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA), released a comprehensive and detailed document describing the requirements for the Atlantic SMART CAM system. The goal of the document is to accelerate and facilitate the Request for Tender process.
